Who we are
GridPass (working name) is an early-stage project by Andrii Shylenko and Simon Barczi, based in Warsaw, Poland. Contact for anything about your data: andrii@gridpass.eu or simon@gridpass.eu.
What we collect
- Contact form: the name, email, company, role and message you send, plus the campaign tag (e.g.
utm_source) and referring page, if any. We do not store your IP address. - Page views: a count per day with the campaign tag and the referring website. No cookies, no IP addresses, no identifiers, no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible pilot or partnership (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), or steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), and to see which channels bring visitors (legitimate interest; data is aggregate and not linked to you).
Who processes it
Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) and reached through Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Page-view counts: up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
